Working together
Quotes and scope
Each project begins with an agreed scope, price and timeline. A proposal, invoice or written confirmation will set out the work being provided. Anything outside that scope may require a revised price or timeline.
Client materials and approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals and any rights needed for materials you supply. Delays in receiving these may affect delivery dates.
Payments
Fees, payment dates and any recurring maintenance charges are shown in the relevant proposal or checkout. Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue.
Maintenance
Monthly care plans cover the maintenance and small content or design updates described on the pricing page or in your agreement. New features, substantial redesigns, third-party costs and work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately before work begins.
Ownership
Once all fees due for an agreed project are paid, you receive the rights to the agreed deliverables. MODRN retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components and general know-how.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, MODRN’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services where permitted by law.
